Deer in the morning mist,
What a glorious site to see.
A big buck just standing there,
Watching out for me.

His beauty is stupendous anyone can see.
His furry coat glistening amongst the bushes and the trees.
His antlers shine with the wet morning dew.
He's looking and grazing with such alertness and grace,
The calmness and serenity is definitely on his face.

I thank God for such beauty and allowing me to see,
The beautiful deer amongst the misty pine trees.
